Default Borla XS Pro

On the advice of somebody on here (I forget who) I installed the Borla XS Pro with the resonator removed. It sounds GREAT.

I had to order from Summit Racing as no local shop carried them. Part number included in photo below.

It feels like it has a little more zip but it might be my imagination.

I'm suprised they don't make a bolt-in replacement muffler for the D2. I guess sales would be too low for it to be profitable though.

Hey it wasn't my imagination. I went by to pay the muffler shop that installed it. They said that they had to replace the pipe in front of the muffler cuz some fool had necked it down to 1.5 inches.

Still getting the bugs out of this one . I plan on replacing the mufflers on my daughter's discos. They have magna flow setups that just do not impress me anymore.

they used to a long time ago. I had one and loved the sound. I actually got an additional mile per gallon. It wasn’t cheap but I loved it

Jeez, I bet you did feel an improvement if it was necked down to 1.5".

Loved my Borla. Very probable to get another when I get another engine in, unless I just go full quiet mode.
