Default brake flush

Noticed today upon general fluids check, that my brake fluid is extremely old and needs changing. Probably never been flushed. My cousin is a diesel mechanic for ford, and he says that it's much easier to just come in on a sunday, and we'll usehis pressure system at his shop. Is there any special considerations needed for the rover or should I just accept his offer, buy a 6-pack, keep my mouth shut, and be thankful.
