Brake hoses
My right front brake seems to take ahold a bit before the left. In snow or gravel it locks before left.
After reading forums and giving it some thought and after cleaning and changing pads ect. Could it be that before I bought my disco 2 2000 that original owner replaced the right brake hose and not the left? after I bought the rig I noticed fog light broke and a new tie rod end and some other damage.
Would there be that much difference between the two hoses (old and new)expansion that it would cause this problem?
Thanks from (The old man of the forum)

it is possible and that could be the culprit. How many miles? might just be worth the piece of mind to change them both. WIth a 2000, it might be time anyway...
By the way, I thought DiscoMike was the old guy on here...
( just kidding Mike)

You need to inspect the pads for wear, also make sure the surface of both rotors are the same, if all is good, then you are looking at a failing caliper most likely.
Brake hose will go soft with age and cause a soft brake pedal but won't usually cause an uneven braking.
