The white lights are your reverse lights. The red lights are your rear fog lights.

 

FWIW, I had the same problem when I replaced the booster. I was never able to adjust it far enough when the booster was installed with the spacer plate per RAVE instructions. I removed the spacer plate, the zinc metal one that Rave says to reinstall.
