Default Brake master cyl leaking at res

I have not posted in a while so you may think my D2 has been running well,NOPE! Ran out of cash and had to put things on hold. Now for the question. My master cyl is leaking at the bottom of the resivoir where it plugs into the master cyl, Should I put a kit in it or replace it with new? The kit is approx $75.00 and new is well, three months away. Has anybody had any luck with the kit? As for my trans problem being in limp home mode the battery fixed it, Low voltage like Disco Mike said ( Thanks Mike and all who responded) I have already ordered the master cyl kit, but if you guys have a better idea I can send it back. If you already ordered it, and don't have any other prob's with the brakes, go for it. I would try a $75 repair before a $200-300 repair any day

I have heard a few people use the kits with good results, make sure to do a complete 3 to 4 pint brake flush when done.
