Default Brake rotor warping question

Still chasing down my front end vibration and now calling into question my brake rotors. I don’t get a vibration when braking, but do when driving. Can the rotors be ruled out because they don’t vibrate when applying the brakes?

Yes, if the vibration stops when braking then it's not rotors. Have you checked out your tie rods? I had that same issue and it was bad tie rod ends.
