Brakes Squealing and Won't Stop (Squealing)

After taking my Rover on it's first off-road trip I decided to treat it to some minor maintenance as a reward for doing so well. I used my new Power Bleeder and did complete brake fluid replacement, rotated the tires and sprayed Disc Brake Quiet on the back of the pads to help with the squealing. The brakes work great after all that but they are still squealing. The pads and rotors are nearly new. The rotors show no wear and the pads show very little if any wear at this point. After spraying a nice thick layer of the sound deadening stuff on the back of the pads it confuses me why they are still squealing. I understand these are heavy vehicles and have a natural tendency for the brakes to squeal but there has to be something I can do to eliminate it.
BTW, the Power Bleeder worked great and is worth every penny I paid for it. Pumped up the pressure, opened a bleeder screw on a caliper and work on something else while it bled. Come back about 3 minutes later and have nice clear fluid coming through the hose.
