Default Brakes very stiff - "swooshing" sound

By "very stiff", I mean I don't want anyone but me driving this car anywhere until I get this dealt with. I am a big, strong guy (6'4" 230, and a triathlete with a lot of cycling power), and I have a hell of a time working the brakes.

So I'm going to try and fix this, ASAP. What is everyone's opinion of my problem?

1. Bad brake booster?
2. Bad vacuum line?
3. Bad master cylinder?
4. Just need to bleed the system?
5. I'm just a big wuss, and I need to get stronger in order to operate my brakes?

First get stronger legs, then bleed the system. Then check your vacum line. If that doesnt do it then check for a stuck caliper. Then you will have to spend money.
LR recommends flushing the brake fluid every 24 months regardless of the mileage.

Vacuum booster or line to vacuum booster.
