Default break paddle

Hi guys
When ever i turn my truck on and i have my foot on the break paddle it makes a grr noise kind of feels like the abs kicking in when slipperry exept in my case the truck is stationary.
So i turn it on and it goes grr for like a sec i kind of feel the paddle vibrate

Power up self test of the ABS, if all lights go out, it is a good thing. This only happens if you drove the truck faster than 4.4 mph on the last trip, so might not repeat just in the driveway. From the RAVE workshop manual:

While the ignition is on, the diagnostics function of the SLABS ECU monitors the system for faults. In addition, the
return pump is tested by pulsing it briefly immediately after the engine starts provided vehicle speed exceeded 4.4
mph (7 km/h) during the previous ignition cycle.

so.. this is normal every time you drive the car? i mean, when do you ever drive your truck NOT over 4 miles per hour?

You have to drive the truck over 7 kilometers per hour, to make the SLABS remember that it wants to do another self test. If you just moved around in the parking lot, it might not do it next time you cooled off and cranked back up..
