ok so it is broken down towards where it first hits the block, and I found this video and not sure if it will work or not. from where they showing it in the video is same place mine is broken.
and I have a brand new tube to go into it.

Sometimes they are stuck, worst case you can take the pan off and tap it out from the bottom or top.
