Changed both motor mounts yesterday, I couldn't find my socket to remove the lower stud out of the motor mount, I think it's an E11 or 12? idk. So I just left them in. After cussing the drivers side upper motor mount nut because I couldn't for the life of me get an 18mm wrench on it due to the power steering and oil cooler lines pi$$ing me off, I sacrificed an old wrench I had. Being short on leverage now, makes for turning the lock nut much more fun, but it worked. NOW I'm feeling a mild vibration?? I think it's more pronounced in reverse, but I felt it on engine start up immediately on the steering wheel? I've never changed the tranny mounts or jacked it up to check them. They are probably original with 160k on the clock. I'm thinking due to me just removing the vibrating mudder tires and putting on BFG's that are smooth, AND having a broken motor mount, that I wasn't feeling this already present vibration. We'll see....Im not sure what I could of done to cause this vibration after replacing the engine mounts.
