Broken radiator bleed pipe connection
See the attached picture. The connection on the radiator for the bleed pipe has cracked off. There is not enough plastic left to connect a hose to.
Any thoughts on what I can do without replacing the entire radiator?

Time to buy a new radiator, there have been many in the past who tried to fix it and failed some damaging their engine in the process. Make sure to flush all that crap out of your engine and also install a 180 t/stat to keep it running cooler.
The exact same thing happened to mine. I tried some ridiculous things to repair it, including melting it back together. It is in the trash pile.
I got a replacement for 156 dollars shipped but it probably isn't as good a radiator as Mike is suggesting to buy.

Also, quick and dirty on replacing it.... emphasis on dirty (as in, it makes a mess)... remove grill. Remove horns left and right. Remove foam around horns, disconnect upper radiator hose and bleed hose (well, yours is broken). Remove upper shroud. Remove fan. Remove lower shroud. Undo bolts you can now see behind grill. Unhook lower radiator hose. Undo transmission and oil cooler lines on both sides (they push together and are hard to remove). Make more mess. Pull entire unit out. Unbolt transmission and oil coolers. Put everything back together on new radiator. Reassemble. Fill fluids. Drive.
I'm sure I'm leaving some out but it will be obvious.
Also, double check your oil cooler fittings or you will dump all of your oil in your engine bay and on the street in front of the neighbors. Might even do that twice. Don't ask me how I know.
Oh, and be sure that your radiator hoses are absolutely cool when you start. That's really the most important thing.

Thanks all for the comments. I may go ahead and buy it from British parts as it is actually on sale right now. My assumption is that I should buy a new temperature sensor while I am at it.
