I think I know the answer, but would like to confirm, a 2001 ARB bumper will not fit a 2003? Correct? It must be a 2003-2004 to fit.

I just installed a pre facelift ARB onto my 04 truck. Only thing is you won't have provisions for the facelift fogs if that matters to you.

Nope bolts right up! The only differences between the 99-02 and the 03-04 ARBs are the removal of the eyelets, additional fog light cutouts, and the grill cutout shape. The grill on the 99-02 protrudes out so the ARB has a notch for that which doesn't get in the way when installing on a 03-04 truck.
