Default RE: To Burgundy, or not to Burgundy

I have a burgundy rover and I love it! Mainly because its the only one around here that is that color. The only other LR i have seen around me with burgundy is and LR3 (so who cares about it!). They look great muddy or clean, and I still dont think they show as much dirtas black. But then again, white shows different things (bugs andtar)that a dark color would so either way it doesnt matter. I think the o4 looks awesome in the color with the new headlights and all.

Also, I dont think mileage is bad at all, as long as it been taken care of! Good luck and keep us posted on what you do!

There are about 80 Disco's on Ebay right now and I believe only about 4 are Burgundy.

I think I'm going for it. There's a white '04 with about 40k miles that I'm waiting on pictures for...

We shall see!!

Well, since you're asking....I say it all depends on the condition of your present Disco. If like me you are absolutely up to date with maintenance and absolutely nothing has to be done and you know your truck is now reliable.....Knowing how Discoveries of all years can be, I'd be very nervous to trade my Disco for any other one no matter the year, especially the color. And have to go through the recuperation phase, all over again.
