Yep I fell Nate's false "it's in the mail" comments also. I was lucky though. My CC is issued thru my bank and all I had to do was provide them with the email chain with all the falsehoods and the original order form paid in full and they refunded my money.

I personally think he was funding the free shipping & materials with the new orders and got overwhelmed financially.

 

If you call the customer service number you'll get a message saying that "Bottorf Fabrication is currently going through corporate restructure and to contact them at a later time." Amazing, I know 6 people besides myself who paid and have not been delivered on the goods and who have been promised refunds. I know there are dozens of others.

 

there is a class action suit now. i think i saw it on LRO. google it.

 

Number now simply says, "The number you are trying to reach is out of service."

Ug. Hate to be that guy, but geez coming clean with people is so much easier in the long run. He'll be lucky if he can ever resurrect his business.
