Default "camel special edition package"? real

Hey,

I was looking to get this 2004 disco, http://www.marquismotorcars.com/site...E-v733639.html however I can't find any info on a special "camel edition package" was this a legit package offered or is the dealer just looking at the spare tire cover and assuming?

I know there are the real off road Camel Trophy Editions, but i know this isn't one of them.

Thanks for the help/advice

Nope, they know nothing of which they speak.
All of those accessories are add on's and the rims wear painted, look close and you can see where the paint has been rubbed off.
Thats not a roof rack, those are the factory roof rails.
I want to call those guys and tell them they are full of it.

All of the Camel Trophy trucks went into private ownership and most are in storage.
The G4 Challenge was the next step and there are G4 Special Edition Rovers for sale out there including the LR3.
They look like this.

Yep here is where the previous owner got the tire cover.

All it is, is a tire cover. I think they look good, but the rhino cover is still my favorite.

X2...no, wait X10. Those are home-painted wheels. Nice looking truck but they are just tying to inflate the price. I do like that spare tire carrier tho

All of LR's 'special vehicles" have a badge on the back door, and should have a placard riveted to the radiator.

Thanks a lot everyone, my spidey senses were tingling on this one, and all of you just confirmed it.

Weird... you never see uneducated car salesmen when it comes to special edition vehicles...(sarcasm)

Thanks again!
