Default A couple of "special edition" 04 models?

I've been helping my friend look for a 2004 Disco, and in the process he has come across 2 different trim packages up until now I have been unaware of. The first one is the Westminster edition. From what I found, it only came in the Bonatti Grey color, and the exterior visual clue are the 80's style retro Saab looking 18" 3 spoke wheels. It also looks like the wood inside is deleted and the leather is black. Does anyone know anything more about this model? I've looked through all the pictures and such, and really can not see any differences. Looking at original MSRP's, it looks to be a grand more than the SE and a grand less than the HSE.
The second one was a 2004 in the dark green, and it had a "Trail" badge next to the "Discovery" badge. I found a picture online of the lighter green, so I'm guessing that one was not a specific color. Looked like the normal Hurricane wheels, but it did have a brush bar/lights and the tail covers too. I don't see anything about this model. I found some info that it was a "port installed" package. The badge looked very LR like so I wasn't sure.
I also like Special Edition stuff if it had hard to find packages or extra stuff, as the resale price is usually the same as other trucks. Especially interested in the Westminster one for him if it has goodies in it.
