Building out my long block. Short block was done by a machine shop. I remember the assembly guy asking me for the camshaft bolt and I told him I had it at home. He finished up the engine and timing without it but clearly used a bolt I didn’t give him. So I am looking for the specs on this bolt cause I can’t seem to find it in my mess of bolts. Does anybody have specs or picture of this bolt?

Carbon steel bolt.

 

So nothing specific on size? Flanged? Torque settings? I can't find any of this in the RAVE.

 

Search a307 bolt. It seems like it's a general use bolt.

 

Yeah that is was the guy who put the block together for me put in there, but I think that was a temporary measure until I could get it home and put in the right one. Im just not sure what the right one is unless, coincidentally, it is an A307?
