It's tied into the harness with a stand alone fuse. Juke said it's for the light kit from the factory. Had me for a loss though. It does look factory. There isn't any splicing for anything on it

Side shot from the engine side
Firewall passenger side. That stand alone black wire is running from the box and through the firewall
It's tied in to the furs of and main harness below the Grey connector
Closer shot with the wires and inline fuse uncovered
Here are a few more shots of it. Didn't know if it might have been a service campaign or something. There were no previous aux lights from either of the previous owners. Original owner was a older semi retired man and the second owner was a guy I work with on the railroad and he didn't do any off roading or anything. It is a stand alone 15 amp fuse by the way. It's tied into the main wiring harness going back into the passenger side firewall and has a stand alone wire going in there as well. It is properly grounded. It's colder than a grave diggers ******* for Alabama or I would have got more shots.

If this is STC50039, it looks like the relay controller/module is not on the back.

That's it overrover. I have the module on the inside BC the screws weren't there and it was just hanging. I have it zip tied on the inside for the time being. God I love this forum

Ooops! I've always had for the wrong part number for that. Thanks for the wiring kit instructions!

Mine is dangling behind the fuse box too because the plastic mounts broke off.

Take a look on Ebay UK and you may find one. Landrover used to have one as an optional extra.

IMHO I don't like them on LR's but have one on the Pajero exactly for the originally designed purpose, ................................. ramming little French cars and vans out of my way

I'll have to check eBay U.K. Then. Haven't had any luck over here on eBay or junkyards. Some some nice brushguards on wrecked vehicles but haven't heard back from any of them

I'm glad I poked my head in here... I was just wondering what this was on mine, this morning. Mine's not even bolted down...
