Thanks boris-gti for the feed back about the windsheild. I had it replaced in early September. I took it back to the people that did it and they say it's not leaking....

Can you tell me any more detail about where on the headliner you had the problem.

Rovers are notorious for leaks at the sunroof. The collector box on the front corners of the frame are plastic, almost all break at one time or another. If the tubing where the hose connects is broken off flush you can remove the frame (after you have dropped the front of the headliner) and use 3/8 " brake line, flare end and slide through from the inside of the frame. Use epoxy or JB Weld to seal up. Re-install and hook up hoses. Takes about a hour to hour and a half if you've been up there before. Good luck. If the hoses are good and clear I would look at the front top corner water rail and inspect for cracks, if you had your windshield replaced at one time there is a possibility that the bonding has separated at the top of the windshield, no easy fix for that.

Here you go. I attached the pics where my problem was. If you lifted the windshield gasket on the corners on the outside, you were able to see a lot of rust on the inside of these 2 corners. After it got fixed, it has been completely dry.

Hope this helps.

Like I said, pull the corner of the gasket back from the outside and you should see rust and/or dirt in those corners under the gasket.
This was my problem anyways.

Hope this helps.
