All the brackets are there, you will need all the interior trim from his truck to make it work in your truck. How much is he asking for all the parts.
By the way, I did help a friend do his retro fit so I know for sure it will work.

Man, that is great. Thanks for the reassurance guys. I have been looking for a silver 04 hse7 but they are rare. I found a silver hse 5 pass in Montreal and now i know i can add the third row.
One more question, is the wiring harness there for the volume controls and game jacks?
Thanks alot guys.

Yes, you will see it once you start pulling all the trim off.
Just make sure you get each and every piece of trim as well as all the bolts and numbers or it will turn into a nightmare.

On the HSEs the harness for the jacks may or may not be back there as in some do and some don't but I've never paid enough attention to see if there was a brake-over date for with / without.

That being said, the headphone amplifiers won't work anyway even if the harness is there. The HSE head unit isn't compatible with the amplifier jacks, mainly the source etc functions as it doesn't natively use I-Bus.

The HSE head unit is a re-badged Becker traffic pro and in aftermarket form it does have pre-amp outs (which is what the rear jacks use, as far as sound anyway). Whether or not they are disabled on the LR unit or could be made to work I don't know. Also just swapping out the radio won't work without modifications as the main dash wiring harness and CD changer are different on models with and w/o seat nav.

The brackets in the floor may or may not be present in a non-seven seat vehicle, but they just bolt in and if you get them from the donor, it won't be a problem.

Grab the headliner if you can, it's pre-punched for the head rests.

I too have a set for sale, but am not sure we got all of the hardware when we removed them from the truck.

Default Bought seats; haven't installed

I bought some seats off someone in the forums about six months ago, but they're still sitting in my garage. I guess the comments as to retro-fitting trim and seat belts, etc., scared me off. And, I'm actually pretty happy with the cargo space and don't want to lose it.

If someone's interested in these seats, let me know. Shipping's a b___h, tho!

hey Tee, my 04 hse7 has the becker nav deck and the cd changer under the seat but no headphone jacks. I can't get the cd changer to work and I'm thinking someone added the nav. I put the headphone jacks in but they don't work either. I have a deck from a 2000 se7 and i thought i would try it. Any thoughts?

Default Just did this

We just did this to my friends 2000 series II. Changing the trim and stuff is not that bad a little time consuming. Some of the holes for the bolts we had to tread. The holes were there but were not threaded.
