Default cant figure this out....codes etc

03 D2 with 117k miles
my truck threw 0130, 0171, and 1171 codes, and exhibited a rough idle. since the left bank upstream O2 sensor was pretty new, I unplugged it and washed out the connectors which indeed had oil in them. now it throws 0130 and idles smoothly.....so far anyway. why would by new bosch 02 sensor be bad already?

prior to the above most recent event, I threw the same codes and thought I determined my secondary air valve on bank A was malfunctioning (sticking open) I cleaned it out and it seemed to work fine. I replaced the 02 sensor because it was giving me 0130 and things were fine for a few hundred miles.

something ***** is going on its like my truck is killing 02 sensors on bank A although I get 1171 which I believe is lean on both banks

They go bad real fast in my case. 3 sensors in a year for 2 discos. If it expires and cant return, Ill go back to the O2s AB sells. They lasted me years and years. Tons of previous post got them DOA.

when the original failed I replaced all 4 with AB brand then I switched to Bosch after 150k miles then O2 just kept failing. I was even told by Auto Zone that they can only replace them so many times during the warranty period. I replaced with bosch since it was the brand suggested by many in the forums but probably Im not so lucky with the brand. The truth is that I have O2 code 0131 again, im busy at the moment and would probably check it when inspection comes.
