Default Easy question, but i cant figure it out

I'm replacing the radiator on my 03 and can't figure out how to remove the coolant sensor. It doesn't seem to have any push to release clips..

If you are talking about the radiator temp sensor then it is threaded and screwed into the radiator. Just take an open end wrench and unscrew it.

Sorry I need to edit what I said above. There is a radiator temp sensor in the radiator and there is a coolant temp sensor in the manifold. The sensor in the manifold has 2 very small tabs that you can pry with a small flat head to pull out the plug, then you can unscrew it.

The sensor in the radiator just has a clip you pop off, then pull off the plug, and unscrew the sensor with a wrench

My guess is you are having trouble unplugging the temp sensor for the SAI in the radiator. Its a pretty standard plug connection. Heres a link showing the sensor: http://www.roverparts.com/Parts/ERR2081.cfm

Ok cool. Going to work on it again tomorrow. Just wanted to make sure before I started prying it apart. Thanks.

Nothing worse than prying the exact wrong direction and breaking your wire harness...

Just for future reference: the connection is held together by this clip (which you cant really see from the top). It will most likely go flying across the garage...

Yep, those clips are on multiple plugs around the disco such as purge valve, injectors, IACV, and one of my favorite to deal with the 2 that connect to the coil packs. I've dropped those damn clips down behind there more then once and it is no fun fishing them back out.
