Hey, guys,

I have been trying for weeks to get a user account on the LandRoverTec forum so that I can download the Adobe fix for the Rave files. I registered but have not received an activation e-mail and I have e-mailed the forum/webmaster twice additionally but no answers. Does anyone have an inside to that forum? Does anyone know where else to access the file?

I'm not sure if this is the same thing you are looking for, but here is a free download for the RAVE: http://landroverresource.com/

It opens with Adobe and needs no "fix".

I already have the RAVE download but it is "locked" to Adobe 4 which creates problems on my PC. The file mentioned in my topic is the fix that lets the files be handled by the current version of Adobe running on your computer.

 

I have it at home (currently at work), Ill upload it to my webserver and post a link tomorrow.

 

I had a similar problem, I could not open my RAVE CD, I had to reset my PC to a earlier date and then NOT download the newest Adobe update.

My apologies for my first response - this file works great. The download I had was locked up with Adobe 4, so I thought all versions were. I cannot run 4 on my computer for other reasons. I downloaded the file you sent the link for and it works great with Adobe 9.

I understand the provided link is for the NAS Rave and this one is already opened.
For the other versions u need the FreeRave_1.36.rar
