Default Carfax 2004 Discovery

Hello again, I pulled up a Carfax file of a 04 and the Land Rover dealer did the following:

Service contract claim
Fuel system serviced
Engine serviced
Drive axle serviced
Maintenance inspection completed
Engine/powertrain computer/module checked
Air flow meter replaced
Oil pan gasket replaced
Intake manifold gasket replaced

Is this good? Should I need to worry about the drive shafts? Since its serviced?

Thanks my friends!

Yes you still need to worry ablout the front driveshaft, unless you know for a fact that it has been rebuild then you must assume that it has not been.
Is this truck at a LR dealer?

It currently has about 62,800 miles.

And has 6yr or 72k warranty.

How long do the front drive shafts usually last?

The factory front driveshaft will last anywhere from 80-100,000 miles, and then when it breaks it also takes your $7,000 transmission with it.
If it does not have greasable u-joints then this is something that you want done TODAY, it will set you back about $200 and any shop that does u-joints can do the work.
The LR dealer will just sell you another LR driveshaft without the grease fittings for $800.

Its on ebay with reserve at $10,800. Not bad for a certified pre owned LR. But its all the way in Florida.

You will need to crawl under the truck and feel/look for them.
And yes, grease them at every oil change.
