Default Cat Replacement - O2 sensors

I have to replace my catalytic converter and am wondering if I should replace all the O2 sensors while I'm down there. Nothings wrong with the ones now, but the truck has 73,000 miles on it (D1). They cost around $100 each so I just dont know if its worth it to do it now or not. What do you all think?

Why do you have to replace the cats, if it is bad did you find out what killed it?
Pretty early to do the O2's, usually at 100,000 mile and above you switch them out to improve your performance.
