My 6-disc changer has decided to eat the cartrige. Does anyone have any tips for getting it out? It is like it died.

Slide open the cartridge player door, you'll see the individual bays, take a pair of needle nose plyers, an exacto knife or some other "tool" that you can use to move the bay to the left ever so slightly. Do this over and over and over until you can get it far enough over to the left to clear the right side. It takes a little time but you can do it-


I had the same thing happen, it took me 5 times to finally pitch the cartridge and buy a new one. Haven't had and problems for about 8 months. Good luck

 

OK so I have the same problem. Your saying the cartridge is the ultimate problem? I just need a new cartridge?
