Sunroof Jammed

My rear sunroof on our 99 disco 2will not open. any ideas on how to fix this? Also are there any clubs in western washington?

If you have never worked on a sun roof, I wouldn't touch it.
They can be manually opened and if you do something wrong, you will be replacing the roof.
One thing to look at, check your fuses.
