I read on one of the posts about a CD on how to replace your headgasket on a DII does anyone know where this is from and how to get it? Im interested in seeing it, couldnt really find anything on youtube.

 

I think Buzz and Disco Mike both have it in their sigs; it's called the RAVE. But it's not a video - it's the factory manual.

I changed my head gaskets in Boulder CO in an outdoor parking lot.
I could do this as the weather is 300 days of no rain there..
Seattle - 300 days OF RAIN.

So, you need to do it in a garage.

I am changing the radiator in the same D2 at this moment.
I absolutely don't like changing the radiator for the first time.
Have hours into it.
