CDL Bulb Flashing?

CDL Bulb Flashing?
Hi,
I noticed last time I was out off roading, my dassh light for the CDL flashes. what could this be?
any idears would be nice, It is a 2000 td5 and i instaled a locking cable into the cab, however it rattled loos once and i reatached it from underneith the car, but i beleive that i attached it properly.
