Default CDL shifter elbow needed to bolt to diff?

I want to put my existing CDL shifter in my 2000 D2. I have the part(s) except the elbow that bolts on to the diff. Guess I could make one but wanted to see if anyone has one I could buy?

FYI let my disco sit up for a year and it got lonesome. So I got her out and been driving the last few days. Never put the CDL shifter in that I got 2.5 years ago.

Thanks

Oaty

do you mean the 'arm' for the diff lock selector or the 'cable' mount...arms are still available from UK (I think I saw them at ashcroft?),,,,sometimes used parts for this pop up on ebay

Which transfer case shifter are you trying to install? Is it one from an original 1994-1999 Discovery, or is it the style used in the 2004 Discovery that uses cables instead of the levers used in the earlier style shifter?

I have a 2000 Discovery II. I was given a CDL off another rover. I believe it was at 1999-2004 series. I have the complete CDL shifter except the mounting bracket the fits on the transfer case. The L shaped 2 bolt bracket that holds the cable onto the transfer case under the vehicle not in the cab. I have a picture somewhere. This is not the parts that sit in the cab, this is underneath two bolt bracket. Sorry for the incorrect verbiage.

There are two different mechanisms -- one uses direct linkages and one uses cables. The brackets on the transfer case are different for each one.
It does sound like you have a 2004 mechanism though, if you're talking about cables.

The lower part there that attaches to the transfer case? I sold a shifter years ago that didn't have that part. The guy contacted me to ask if I had it - I didn't - he then went to the local stealership and they sold him a brand new one off the shelf for $30 I think it was. I gave him a good discount for his troubles. I'd try the dealership. Or if you can get the part number it would be easer to find on line.

The cable goes onto the CDL shifter, and the weird slanted L with 2 holes for bolts will bolt onto the top of the transfer case.

The part with the arrow is what I first need, also realized that the other circled part is missing. I need both circled parts. If you know part number and correct name for above parts.

I did mine with a D1 arm, but the equivalent to the small one I just cut out of thick brass. Won't last forever, but it's actually not that much force. And on my 21 year old truck it will probably only be used a dozen times before the inevitable cubing.
