Why did you replace your "Y" Pipe, hope you got it done under warranty.
Who's 02's did you install, if you had the dealer do this work, you have a 1 year warranty.

If you put in your own O2's I would call the manufacturer. Answer Mike's questions and we can help more...

I was getting some lean codes awhile back. Had the 2 front O2's changed. Codes reapered a few weeks later. Couldnt figure out what the problem was. Through ignorance and desperation replaced the Y pipe and MAF. Ended up one of the new O2's was bad. that was three months ago. I purchased the Y pipe from AB. Mechanic put in O2's. I think they are Bosh. Mike I was hoping to bring my truck to your fine state for sum fun. Going to the Sangres (Kit Carson) mid june. Hopefully I will not have to rent a car.

Do you remember which new O2 was bad and replaced? If you had one go out when new, I would say you still have a bad one drivers side ...

It was bank 1. I moved it to the passenger side when I changed out the Y pipe to see if the code would follow. It did, so replaced it under warrenty. Would that bad O2 throw the cat code as well?
Thank you gentelman!

Should I clear the codes and see what comes back? Does it do any good to clean the o2 sensers?

Ok, so the one that was in the same batch as the one that failed just now failed. Take it back. No good to clean the sensors.

So I cleared the codes today and drove around for 15-20 miles. Light never came back on. Probably a bad O2. I'll wait and see. What ya guys think of me driven to Colorado with my engine tick? Bad idea?
