Yes, I is very easy to attach the gaiter to the spring frame. It just folds around it exactly like the old ones come out.

I like this particular one because the stitching is black instead of white... Most of them for some reason have white stitching on black leather which looks odd.

Also the lesser (S) models came with a rubber center console cover, not the wood grain... Again, my opinion, but the black rubber looks way better than wood, deteriorated or not.
