Default Changing Headlamps 2003 Discovery

The owner's manual would probably tell me how to do this but ... I lost it.

How do I change headlamps? (these are the H7 Halogen style) I took a quick look under the hood and it's pretty tight in there. Is there an easy way to do this? (ie without removing anything else) and, after I am done will I have to re-aim the lamps?

Thanks,

you HAVE to remove the grille. There are three rivet screws on the top of the plastic grille... unscrew them and lift the grille off. There are two hexbolt screws on top of each headlamp assembly and one to the right (if looking at the passenger side headlight assembly) or the the left (if looking at DS headlight assembly). unscrew them, wiggle the entire thing out, unhook the wire connection box and there you have it...
