Chassis swap
Hi
I have just got hold of a good TD5 pre facelift Disco 2 chassis that I intend to strip and get ready to fit to my car in the future. Mine is also a Pre facelift but a V8. I think there is a difference on the engine mounting brackets between the two Chassis's but I wondered if anyone knows of any other differences between them before I get too involved.
. I intend to get the new one cleaned and then galvo before building it up with new bushes and brake and ACE pipes to refit. Might take a year or two but will keep mine going until the government tells me to stop driving it logically.
