Default Cleaned injectors!!!

Just got my cleaned and service injectors back today!!! Go a guy from New England that did em. Was recommended by a guy I know that plays with ford lightnings and mustangs all the time. $80 for the full work up and one had 3 holes clogged so he swapped it out with another factory Bosch one and they are all now with 1.17% of each other and look brand new!!! Ready for the install on Monday if anybody needs the info let me know. He did the full work up and I couldn't be more pleased and they came with a 2 year warranty.

Smart move. I tried to DIY using an ultrasonic cleaner and a jerry-rigged pressured carb cleaner bottle... it's not worth the effort, and not nearly as good of a job that a professional could do.

I rigged up a battery and everything, but after over-pressurizing the adapter I made and blowing carb cleaner into my eyes I gave up and just replaced the filters and pintle caps and called it a day. Mine weren't clogged though

This guy did it all. They look brand new. Hell if I'm gonna do a top end refresh, I'm not gonna cut corners. I got 154k on the odometer and intense to make the 300k club

Happy new year luckyjayb!
Have to confess that $80 sounds extremely good! just spend 1/2 of that on some Amsoil injector cleaners and Octane booster..

I don't know. I doubt it. They're on ebay or mrinjectorparts.com for about $25. eBay is cheaper and free shipping. Use a #10 (or was it #8?) coarse tapping screw and a vise/t-handle to pull the old filters out.

Wow. A trip to New England from the South. That's quite a commitment for clean injectors :-)

Oh no I didn't make the trip. I let usps make that trip for me. This guy has done injectors for me before and for numerous other people I know with hot rods, your standard soccer vans, cars etc. and has always done rope notch service.
