This a new genuine OEM Bosch selected at random from Ebay

Mass Air Flow Sensor New Bosch Fits 03 04 Land Rover Discovery 4 6L V8 | eBay

TIP: cheap copies never work for long if at all, so false economy. Used MAF's are like anything secondhand, how much life is left in them. IMO the OEM Bosch is best and comes with a warranty that sticks.

There is only one MAF worth fitting and it's the OEM Bosch part which usually lasts for many years but often the spurious copy parts never last even a month most times.
I cleaned it just to see if it would clear the code, which it did and seems to be working fine. Still might be F-----d but the code went away and hasn't returned. Doesn't hurt to try if it's already F-----d just to see. My problem now is a #4 misfire which started afterward and seems to only be present when the engine is cold. You can hear the poor idle and if you try to drive before it warms up it will cause the light to come on. After you clear the light and it warm the code doesn't show up any more. Guess I need to compression check that cyl to see if the HG is blown.
I definitely agree don't buy anything but the bosh MAF. Thought I bought the MAF from Ebay but it was actually from Amazon. Total joke and they'll be getting it back.

The one that I see on their site now is a remanufactured Cardone Mass Air Flow Sensor. Has anyone used one of these?

Thanks!

I would not recommend it, unless you don't mind going through a few of them until you find one that actually works at least for a year or so.
