MAF CLEANING??
Why do you want to clean your MAF, do you have some fault codes if so which ones?
Last resort you can clean a D1's Maf using electrical contact cleaner from Radio Shack, may or may not help. Never try and clean a Bosch MAF like what you would find on 99 and newer D2's and Range Rovers cause it will kill them for sure.

I've heard of it helping on other trucks with misfire codes. I have found that the root of some codes may be something else than what is shown. Just like the O2 sensors causing a problem with no codes.
Just a thought.
Just a thought.

Still bottom line, if you mess with a Bosch MAF, you get to buy a new one.

Got it, mine isn't a Bosch but this is why I ask what I'm not sure of.
Thank you
