Default Clicking under glove box and no start

Got a 97 discovery, was out in the wet weather last night, and it died. It will turn over but no start. And it has some clicking noise coming from the relays under the glove compartment when the key is in the run position. Any ideas?

Most likely got your ECU wet, which is common based on where it is located near the fire wall on the fender well.
You will need to dry it out before it will allow the truck to start, if it is the ECU.

When it happened to me it was the ECU. Check for rust holes in it.
