Can someone let me know what is code P1400 all about?

Keep in mind this from memory, which for me is always questionable. I pulled a 1400 code some years back when on a trip and using a borrowed scanner. Didn't make any sense so left it on, then checked when home and pulled a 0141, and replaced the 02 sensor to fix.

I've also heard rumors that 1400 was a cry for help, specifically posted if you are coerced into taking your mother-in-law shopping, and the D2 is saying "kill me."
