Default Code questions

Just want to say thanks to all who have answered previous questions, so here goes another one. I have 04 se with 104000 miles. Sevice Engine Light came on so I took it to the shop and had the codes read they are P0135, P0152, and P0155. I have found the P0132 code but can't locate the other two. I am thinking they have something to do with the O2 sensors but not sure which ones. I had them reset only to have the light return

something else to note the truck now idles rough and has some sputtering/hesitation

Thanks for any help.

P0150 O2 sensor circuit malfunction (bank 2, sensor 1) Front sensor RH bank stoichiometric ratio outside operating band
P0152 O2 sensor circuit high voltage (bank 2, sensor 1) Front sensor RH bank short circuit to battery supply
P0153 O2 sensor circuit slow response (bank 2, sensor 1) Front sensor aged - period time too long/too short RH bank
P0154 O2 sensor circuit no activity detected (bank 2, sensor 1) Front sensor RH bank open circuit
P0155 O2 sensor
heater circuit heater circuit
malfunction (bank 2, sensor 1) Front sensor heater RH bank - short/open circuit
P0156 O2 sensor circuit malfunction (bank 2, sensor 2) Rear sensor RH bank stoichiometric ratio outside operating band (NAS only)
P0157 O2 sensor circuit low voltage (bank 2, sensor 2) Rear sensor RH bank short circuit to earth (NAS only)
P0158 O2 sensor circuit high voltage (bank 2, sensor 2) Rear sensor RH bank short circuit to battery voltage (NAS only)

Default Vacuum Connections

Mine threw O2 sensor fault codes after replacing the head gaskets. Check ALL of your vacuum line connections, especially those on the SAI system before replacing expensive sensors.

Thanks for the information. If I can't locate any problems with vac lines should I replace both front o2 sensors.

I wouldn't. Get hold of a high end scanner (like an Autel) that does live voltage output from the sensors. This will tell you if, and specifically which one(s) of the four O2 sensors is bad.

Use the search function in the Disco II forum; there was a posting showing the proper voltage output for the pre and post cat sensors.
