Yes, just know going in, this is a huge PDF file, course you may use it every week for all the information it contains.

Mike,
I had a bunch of codes come on my Discover 2. They are as follows (I have posted what I think the cause is):
P0455 - Check Engine - Caused by one of these other issues
P1590 - Caused by 3 amigos - ABS (how can I fix the damn annoying 3 amigos)
P0560 - System voltage malfunction - bad Battery?
P1536 - AC? or caused by something else?
P0650 - Bad dash light?

I think I may have two main issues, and I am yet to have the battery checked. I am headed there after I post this. Hopefully its battery, but if not, anything else I should look for?

And any advice on killing the three amigos is welcome.

Also forgot to mention - the truck hesitated starting up the other day, but hasn't done so since. It is also in "limp mode", which I think is just a default so you dont cause further damage.

If it was hard to start, check out your battery/cables/alternator/charging system first before worrying about those codes. After getting the power straightened out, clear the codes and see if they come back.

Next time don't start a new issue on a near 3 year old thread.
Go to a local parts store and have your charging system tested/fixed and then get the codes cleared and see what comes back.
The 1590 will come back, 3 amigos.

Smile P1510 Idle Air Control Valve Fault...Help!

Can anyone answer a question for me? I Replaced my Idle Air Control Valve(IACV) and the engine still idles rough. Had the engine code reading: "P1510 Idle Air Control Valve Fault opening Drive Cycle A: signal missing". In addition the hill decent control illuminates sometimes. I dont see how they could be related. I am just driving it on road. Thanks for any input or suggestions.
