Default codes and stumbling

I have a 2000 Discovery with 125,000 miles. It has been a great truck but recently it started stumbling when I try to accelerate to highway speeds. If you back off the gas it kind of resets itself and starts to run more smoothly but still has a hesitation. I have been in the auto repair industry before and this problem has completely mistified me. I pulled the codes and got:

P0308- Cly 8 Misfire
P0306- Cyl 6 Misfire
P0302- Cyl 2 Misfire
P0304(pd)- Cyl 4 Misfire
P0301(pd)- Cyl 1 Misfire
P0303(pd)- Cyl 3 Misfire
P0305(pd)- Cyl 5 Misfire
P1300- Undefined Code
P0301- Cyl 1 Misfire
P0303- Cyl 3 Misfire
P0733- Gear 3 Incorrect Ratio
P0305- Cyl 5 Misfire
P0300- Randon/Multiple Cyl Misfire
P0150- Sensor Circuit Malfunction Bank 2 Sensor 1
P0171- System too lean (bank 1)
P0174- System too lean (bank 2)
P1174- undefined code

So I went out and bought the $18 each NGK platnum spark plugs and a $100 set of wires. I relaced all (curse the man who put the coils where they are) including the upper intake gasket. Problem of stumbling is less but still present. I have cleared the codes three times and these codes keep coming back. I have not replaced anything else on this car except for normal things like brake pads and belts. Any ideas? Please help.[:-]
