Looks like I am still dealing with random misfires. Might have to start planning out the eventual coil replacement.

What brand/part number is recommended for the coils? I put cheapies in there 2 years ago so I am regretting it.

 

Rock auto has the OE Bosch coils at a good price.

 

I've used cheapo's without any issues, but nothing wrong with Bosch. Got 230k out of a set which is darn good in my books.

Anyone have experience with the NGK coil packs?

 

I recently went with the Bosch from Rock Auto too.

 

$70 for both at Oreillys Part # 23-0134.
