Looks like the coil pack is now obstructing access to some of the spark plugs... or do you just remove the coil pack when replacing wires and plugs on passenger side of the block?

The relocation kit is a great idea for those that don't know how to remove the intake manifold or for those that just don't want to fool with it.

However for me personally I have no issues removing the intake manifold and getting to the coils or wires that way on SAI or non SAI equipped D2. I also like having the stock wires being available at 95% of the auto part stores out there so "if" I was in a pinch I could quickly grab a cheap set to get me on the road again vs having custom length longer wires that you'd have to try and source.

once relocated, its location is much towards the front and access to the plugs is not a problem. Its more difficult to get to the plugs with SAI. You dont have to remove anything once in new location. Cheers

Just before the kit came out, I know it will be very difficult to make this happen without custom extended plug wires. But somehow, Kingsborne and Magnecor made the wires available for this kit and part numbers are available. I must say that even my local Auto Zone or Advance Auto need to order Discovery wires. If and if i was in a pinch, with misfire on the road, and if wire were the problem it would still take me home and i would not unplug any wires in the original coil location on the road. This installation is just plain easy. Cheers

More than two years since they were last available.
