Does anyone know the conditions or parameters to which the two condenser fans turn on?

they are for the A/C, when you hit your A/C button on the center dash they should turn on. They might turn on during an overheat, not sure about this for sure.

 

So the fans should be on at all times the A/C is on?

I'm asking because it seems that mine are not turning on at all.

Once the a/c hits maximum head pressure the fans will come on as well as when your engine is at operating temp while doing stop and go driving in town, that will also turn on the fans, so there are 2 separate switchs that can turn the fans on.

 

There is a switch on the radiator for the fans, and also in the a/c system.

When you hit the switch, they should come on. (unless you don't have any refrigerant in the system) If your compressor is cycling, they should come on.

 

Try and spin them by hand, they may be siezed.
Mine come on as soon as I turn the A/C on and stay on if it is really hot and I shut the truck off.
