I installed the DI wiper arms today after work... While still in my tie and dress shirt... Simple installation. The kit from Atlantic British comes with everything you need. New Arms, New Blades, New Nuts and the little plastic covers that dress up the end of the arm by covering the nut.

I also installed a new DII factory rear blade.

Probably took me 15 minutes total, and that included the time to get out the tools.

The blades that come with the kit are significantly shorter than the stock DII blades (maybe an inch each direction), but I think I can install a longer blade on the arms without any interference issues. I will probably go get a set of winter blades that are a little longer and check them out. I can already tell that they exert more downward pressure on the windshield than the DII arms, so I think I'm going to like this swap.

Thanks for posting up. I'm going to seek out the kit this afternoon. May take me a little longer than others but I'll eventually get it

I just swapped all three wiper arms from a d1. For the rear sprayer I used a d1 front nozzle and a little bracket from the stock front bumper to mount the sprayer on the tire mount. After wasting a full tank of washer fluid aiming it, it works great

Did this exact thing myself and just wanted to share that I'm super happy about it. Purchased from the eBay seller linked below, though unsure if he has any currently available. They were sprayed with a bedliner type paint and have a nice finish. Splurged on some 21" Bosch wipers and replaced the rear with the OE replacement. All works really well and looks good.

I got new D1 arms, bolts, and wiper blades a couple months ago from Lucky8.
$58 with free shipping.
I couldn't buy two D2 blades and clips for that!
Every D2 needs the old D1 arms. One blade change and they pay for themselves!

D1 blades are too short, I know that

My Disco I wiper arms were $5 a piece at pull-a-part. Cleaned them up & rattled canned them with extreme heat black paint for bbq grills since I had a spare can.
I have a 21" Trico Force wiper for driver, 20" for passenger & 14" for the rear.
