Default Constant Persistence and proof go a long way... :]

Well, after showing my dad everyones replies from the forum, I convinced my dad that keeping my baby is best.

He even told me, later on that she isn't that bad of a car, and to just take good care of her....

sooooo... I'm still apart of the the Land Rover Community!!!

Happy freakin' Rovering is all I gotta say!

sweeeeeet. I know parents can get frustrated paying a big price tag for a car and then dishing out more for maintenance.

How far south are you? I know there are a couple of rover clubs down there, just not sure where. You may be able to find a couple of people to help you and show you what to do. Might be a few beers in the deal...

Glad you got to keep it. It only makes sense. Your father is a wise man.

okdiscoguy... yeah, many people believe that Texas end at San Antonio.. haha, but clearly it doesn't! hahah

I'm 4 hours south of SA, in the McAllen area.

I would love to meet someone with expertise down here, but I don't think there are many people.

hahah, and I am only 20 so no beer for me!

oh and yes.. my dad is one wise man! : ]

It feels good to be back! haha
