Coolant draining out of overflow after driving..
Bosses 2000 D2 was 2 gallons low on coolant. He said there was no puddles, leaks. I filled the coolant up using the methods described here. Let the car heat to normal temps. A bit drained out the overflow tube. Drove the car for 20 minutes, did not overheat, turned the car off and within a couple of minutes coolant was pouring out of the overflow tube and I heard a boiling sound. Any ideas where to begin?
Owner got this car a few months ago and the head gasket was replaced 20K miles ago. No leaks in the system, hoses are all good.

Step 1
Replace radiator with Nissens radiator from rockauto.com
Replace thermostat with low temp 180 degree Rover thermostat (not a Motorad)
Replace fan clutch with a HD Hayden from ebay - get a NEW one.
IF you STILL have antifreeze blowing out the coolant tank
Replace head gaskets.
Done.
