Well got a burp out with the truck off at work when raising the reservoir. Had my daughter rev it to 2500 at home and looked like a ton of air came out. Seems to be sitting around 180 now. Thanks again guys!😁

 

Quick question? When raising the reservoir while revving the truck I was getting a good flow of bubbles. Is that something that will continue or eventually does it stop flowing in to the reservoir?

 

@me 2 this will sound weird but are you sure it was bubbles, you will get motion from the throttle body heater return. But actual "bubbles" should stop after few days of driving

 

it may not be bubbles then, its like a blender of coolant flowing. Actually gets almost foamy looking while raised high

Just did this. Set your reservoir up like this and it is easy to get the air out.

The inline thermostat allows the air to come put of the system much easier than the factory. Are you still having trouble with air bubbles? Usually one good buzz to 2500 rpm for 45 seconds (cold) with the cap off does it.
